I am ordering it as a gift for someone else who loves the Blues. Rating: 5 Great music! This CD is a great find - just perfect to listen to at work - not too jarring for those around you. I love it....the songs and the voice are terrific. Any of my coworkers who have passed my desk while I was playing this CD actually stopped to asked who was singing. And a few actually bought it after that. A good find. Rating: 5 WOW.... Very good CD, so why did i sleep on this? I love the CD Stay, as with all Simply Red Cd's. I keep for getting that Simply Red is a group, not a person. I first heard this song while switching up ipods in my car. As I was doing this the radio came on, and i hear this nice beat, and the voice of lead singer of Simply Red, so i am thinking, I know the voice, but did not recall the song, as I have all the CD's of Simply Red. So i had to hear the entire song, as another person is singing,, and later to find out it's Bobby Blue Bland. I had to search the net for any new simply red stuff. I could not find it until i did a search for the song 'Up the Road'. Bang! I found it, so i see this is the lead singer of simply red, and this has been out since the summer. I had to download this , and later i will get the CD so i can read all the credits and stuff. I enjoy this, and Glad to know he is still with the group. Rating: 5 fantastic blues i heard this opening song on the radio, couldn't get out o fthe ar until it finished. Went inside, couldn't find it on itunes. I then wrote the DJ an e-mail to find out who the singer was and the name of the CD. Found it right away when he responded, and now i am wearing it out. |
